As a sales rep for the contract furnishings world, this particular segment on NPR's Marketplace last week caught my attention.  While working for a global office furniture company, I sold the concept of the collaborative office space.  But I wonder, does open office concept work for your business or does it slow your productivity?  As Susan Cain suggests, there is still a need for quiet spaces...  What do you think?

Another wonderful event put on by the Las Vegas chapter of NEWH! The membership and networking event was held at Bagatelle Las Vegas, a dinner club and pool venue at Tropicana. As you can see by the photos below, Seed Design Inc out of New York has transformed the restaurant and pool of this iconic Casino Hotel on The Las Vegas Strip.
